Ahead of the 2023 General elections Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate in Ogun State, Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu has received thousands of defectors from the All Progressives Congress (APC), African Democratic Congress (ADC) and Allied People’s Movement (APM), Labour Party (LP), into the PDP fold in Abeokuta, on Friday.
Some of those present includes; PDP Chairman, Sikirulai Ogundele, PDP’s deputy governorship candidate for 2023, Abdulkabir Akinlade; former Chairman of the Ondo State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, Mr. Clement Faboyede, Hon. Tola Banjo, PDP, candidate for the House of Representatives for Abeokuta South federal constituency in Ogun State, Hon. Toyin Amuzu, Ogun Central Senatorial District, Chief Olumide Aderinokun, Hon. Saka Ahmed, Hon. Yinka Asaye amongst others.
