The National Identification Management Commission NIMC has agreed to release the personal details of the person said to be a minor purportedly flown to the United Kingdom by former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu to have his kidney harvested.
This follows an order by Justice Inyang Ekwo this Wednesday at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
NIMC which had refused to make the details of David Nwamini Ukpo available for legal reasons has however agreed to do so through the Office of Attorney General of the Federation for onward transmission to the UK Court where Ekweremadu and his wife are currently on trial for alleged organ harvesting involving a minor.
